Here is what some of your day will look like
Administrative Function
Assist the Facility Management Team with tactical planning for the team's goals and objectives
Ordering of administrative supplies, equipment, uniforms, and badges to support facility team members
Coordinate special events in support of the client or JLL including providing support for meetings or conference rooms
Assist with the coordination and scheduling of maintenance activities
Administer tracking of incident and insurance claims and facilitate communication with Risk Management
Review lease documents to determine service responsibilities
Maintain shared PTO calendar for JLL account team members
Communication and Relationship Coordination
Provide general overall facility management services including continuous monitoring of office/facility work orders
Act as an interface with the client, visitors, and guests
Ensure appropriate follow-up with Client employees on service requests to ensure satisfaction
Provide direction/information to vendors, facilities staff, and service providers as required to ensure excellent coordination/execution of work within the client environment with minimal disruption
Communicate with landlords concerning service responsibilities and coordination
Compliance
Administer tracking list of critical equipment maintenance and testing, communicate testing notifications, and OSHA safety reporting
Assist with work order requests, analysis, and performance reporting
Assist with researching, analyzing, and reporting budget variances
Administer user access permissions and compliance for account-specific systems
Here is who we are looking for
Professionals with:
2 years of experience in property or facility administration
Proficiency with Microsoft Office including advanced knowledge of Excel spreadsheets
Preferred
An associate degree in facilities management, building or business
Experience with Corrigo
Pay $21.20 - 25.96/HR
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. with a 30-minute paid lunch
