What are the responsibilities and job description for the PMO Lead position at JLL?
The PMO Director is accountable for carrying out coordinated direction, organization, and implementation of a set of related projects and transformation activities to achieve business outcomes. The PMO Director is responsible for planning, governance, risk management and quality, in-scope, on-time, and on-budget delivery of their assigned programs. They are also responsible for program-level shared services account coordinator team, IFS delivery team as well as the programs/project team. ThePMO Director will manage / oversee team members in the delivery of their assigned program, following established Project Management, Center of Excellence standards, methods, tools and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategy/approach and organization of programs including projects, shared services and IFS.
Oversee execution of all scope and projects within the program, managing/coaching key members of the program team either directly or via a matrix structure
Accountable for executive stakeholder engagement and alignment for the program
Accountable for on-time, in-scope, in-budget, quality delivery of SOW deliverables for assigned program
Responsible for program and project performance metrics
Responsible for adhering to PM COE best practices and standards
Effectively manage program risk. Acts as a point of internal and external escalation for problem solving and conflictresolution on the program
Effectively manage scope, identify and execute on change orders as needed
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Facilities Management, Project or Operations Management, or a related field. Relevant certifications are highly desirable.
Ability to effectively communicate with senior level stakeholders, including conflict resolution and negotiation
