What the job involves :
- We are looking for an organized and experienced trainer to join our organization. The Project Management Learning & Development Professional will be responsible for new hire onboarding orientation;
- assessing training needs; plans or participates in developing training course objectives and training materials; presents training / instruction to both groups and individuals;
evaluates training effectiveness; and may oversee maintenance of training library.
As a Learning & Development Professional at JLL, you will :
- Evaluate needs, create, and deliver a training development plan complete with materials, tutorials, instructions, and learning resources such as online modules and guides.
- Be an active member of the D&C Retail Training Council.
- Develop training material through collaboration with subject matter experts and stakeholders.
- Schedule and conduct training for D&C Retail Team.
- Develop and maintain new hire onboarding orientation training program.
- Create and maintain yearly training calendar and program based off business goals.
- Assess training needs by conducting employee surveys and / or liaise with operations & project teams.
- Create and Maintain continuing education for operations & projects teams.
- Communicate training needs and online resources.
- Contact and utilize outside vendors and resources for instructional technology.
- Maintain a database of all training materials.
- Research platforms to deliver and utilize training materials.
Education, Skills, and Experience
- Two (2) years' previous experience as a trainer, corporate training specialist, or related position.
- Previous project management, construction management, or real estate experience is preferred.
- Experience with technologies, software, and best practices for instructional manuals and teaching platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent customer service, presentation abilities, and public speaking skills.
- Ability to think and work independently, demonstrate initiative, and collaborate effectively with multiple individuals on various projects to meet assigned deadlines.
- Able to analyze problems, simplify the complex and strategize for better solutions.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and creative mindset, with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Capable of facilitating in a remote environment
- Able to travel for in person training as needed.
Estimated compensation for this position is :
75,000.00 92,000.00 USD per year
