Job Summary
This position will provide assistance to the Real Estate Analysts by doing research, writing, and graphics for presentations and marketing materials.
Main Responsibilities
* Work closely with the Real Estate Analysts to complete the marketing portion of the sale flyers and offering memorandums.
* Responsible for research.
* Assist analysts with rent rolls, demographics, tenant profiles, lease abstracts, etc.
* Work with the Real Estate Analyst to ensure that requests are brought to market as quickly as possible.
* Coordinate information regarding market data, occupancy data, expense analysis, aerials, maps, rent/sales, comparable's, occupancy, etc.
* Assist in offering memorandum assembly including printing, collating, binding and shipping.
* Assist in closing process.
* Other duties as assigned.
Experience Required
* Strong financial and analytical skills.
* An ability to be an independent worker with a team player attitude.
* Excellent communication, organizational, grammatical and time- management skills.
* Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize work requests.
* Exposure to real estate is helpful.
Education
* Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Real Estate or English preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills
* Intermediate working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint (Office 2010 version).
Environment
* Office - work with computers, copiers, and scanners
