Location: REMOTE based in the United States
What this job involves Lead and grow a high-performing Sourcing & Procurement team for a large global client. Work directly with Sourcing & Procurement leadership, Account leadership and clients to manage expectations and team deliverables. This includes accountability for effectively managing, mentoring, recruiting, and developing a team of world-class Sourcing and Procurement professionals.
Oversight of annual global sourcing plan development, actively managing that plan with the business, and executing against it.
Identify risks and opportunities to clients/stakeholders and recommend strategies to achieve company goals while mitigating risk.
Own global sourcing compliance and controls. Identify and share opportunities for improvement with appropriate functional leaders.
Ensure all sourcing technology tools are leveraged across account.
Partner teams closely with operations by providing management, detailed instruction and follow up to support the operations teams in standardized RFP/bid and contracting processes.
Develop and maintain systematic, analytical, and results-based method for savings, monitoring supplier's performance, sourcing effectiveness and communicate these results to the business.
Recruit, develop, rotate, and retain top Sourcing & Procurement talent.

Establish relationships with key stakeholders including Corporate Legal and Risk Management to ensure all contractual terms and conditions comply with standard or other contract changes are formally reviewed and approved by legal/risk management.
Continually manage/assess suppliers through the established supplier performance management program.
