As part of the Tour Program team, this individual will engage visitors to dynamically communicate tour content in a positive, fun, inclusive, and educational capacity. The Bayer Innovation
Experience/Agricultural Tour in Chesterfield is a critical outreach tool. It provides the opportunity to
engagingly share our research and technology story in alignment with the Crop Science Narrative so that diverse groups including farmer customers, industry colleagues, government officials, investors,
consumers, students and other stakeholders can understand Bayer’s vision, research, innovation,
technology, collaboration, products, and pipeline.
