Opportunity:
JMG Thermal is seeking a well-rounded office employee to aid with our bookkeeping and logistics tasks. We are a family-owned manufacturing business that produces custom heat exchange units for the commercial HVAC industry. Although we are only a few years old, we have decades of experience in the field, and we are growing quickly.
This position encompasses a variety of manageable tasks, and we are searching for an individual who can prioritize responsibilities, work independently, and advance with us.
Primary duties include…
- Document financial transactions
- Create/distribute invoices & track/input payments
- Coordinate with logistics companies for product pickup
- Create shipping documents with provided software and label outgoing shipments
- Process incoming shipments and update inventory accordingly
- Communicate with shop floor personnel regarding upcoming shipments
- Organize shipment/transaction records
Desired Qualifications…
- Experience with Sage 50 (accounting system)
- Basic computer abilities
- Excellent communication skills
This role is an in-person office position with standard forty-hour requirements.
Pay is negotiable based on experience and background. JMG Thermal offers health insurance and paid vacation.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
