At Mahony's Po-Boys and Seafood, we offer award-winning po-boys and an overstuffed menu of comfort foods, delicious salads, perfectly fried or grilled seafood, hot plates, and more! We know how to appreciate food and life, from brunch to happy hour, and lunch to dinner.
Core Functions:
- Create exceptional first impressions by promptly greeting and seating guests
- Write orders, ring beverage, and food orders into POS, and follow up with kitchen as necessary
- Maintain and clear tables when appropriate and anticipate guests' needs
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of food and beverage menu
- Handle any complaints with genuine concern and elevate to the manager when necessary
- Complete all opening, mid, and closing procedures
