We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both residential and commercial painting, with a strong focus on attention to detail and quality workmanship.
**Duties:**
- Perform painting duties for residential and commercial properties
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, patching, sanding, and applying primer
- Apply paint or other finishes using various techniques such as brushing, rolling, or spraying
- Maintain and repair painted surfaces
- Assist with remodeling, renovation, and fixture installation projects as needed
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in residential and commercial painting
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Experience with concrete finishing is a plus
- Carpentry skills for minor repairs and preparation work
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
