Warehouse Associate

Summary

JNH Lifestyles is a sauna manufacturer and retailer located in the greater Los Angeles area. We are currently seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join the team at our Ontario, California facility.

Responsibilities

Daily Shipping and Receiving Activities

• Review, prioritize, and organize daily outbound orders to meet shipping deadlines; pick and palletize orders in accordance with pick lists.
• Prepare orders for carrier pick-up by strapping, sealing and labeling products; utilize wrapping machines and strapping tools as necessary.
• Verify that shipments contain correct merchandise, quantities, and proper documentation.
• Collaborate with LTL carriers to facilitate loading and dispatch of orders, including loading of shipments and obtaining driver signatures on all shipping documents.

Inventory Management

• Receive and offload incoming merchandise; compare with records to verify shipment accuracy.
• Store, organize and maintain incoming inventory in alignment with operational guidelines.

Returned Shipments and Recovery

• Process and inspect returned shipments; categorize and store damaged products.
• Utilize reclaimed components to assemble recovered units according to established standards.
• Build, test and package recovered inventory for resale.

On-Site Services and Maintenance

• Perform on-site service visits, product deliveries, and installation services as scheduled.
• Prepare merchandise, load vans, and ensure readiness for service activities.
• Test, diagnose, and repair power boxes and warranty claim items.

Work Environment Maintenance

• Requisition, stock, and organize shipping materials and supplies to maintain inventory levels.
• Assist in resolving warehouse-related issues through effective communications and coordination with management.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines in all tasks; keep work space clean, organized, and safe.
• Adapt to varying tasks as needed to support shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations.

General Requirements

• Education: High School degree.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience working within a warehouse setting heavily focused on shipping and/or logistics.
• Valid Driver’s License and current Forklift Certification.
• Ability to perform physical labor as required by the position.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in fast-paced environment.
