Summary :
The Supplier Experience Process & Technology Lead role will be focused on supporting the Global Experience team within Global Services Procurement. This individual will support the advancement of experience initiatives in support of Company's Supplier partners and Healthcare Professionals to create a frictionless experience. This individual will connect with business partners and key stakeholders as a key liaison in driving visibility to the end-to-end process, enhancing the moments that matter, and driving innovative ways to deliver on an optimal self-service, customer-centric model.
Responsibilities :In addition, this individual will:
Develop a deep understanding of the end-to-end journey map of Suppliers and Healthcare Professionals (HCPs)
Collaborate with key stakeholders as a key point of contact to drive efficiencies and uncover and prioritize pain points utilizing voice of customer data
Connect with business solutions & BPO partners to create strong cycle of improvements that can be tracked via KPI?s
Support analyses and metrics reporting regarding Supplier and HCP helpdesk inquiries; support analytics regarding spend characteristics
Support elevated customer service levels and facilitate resolution of escalations and issues; creating a cycle of continuous improvement
Qualifications :
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required, preferably with a background in Procurement, Business, Finance or a related field
A minimum of 3 years of related experience preferable
Familiarity with a shared services environment is preferable
Strong communication and social skills. Establishes relationships across stakeholders, uses data to drive decision making.
Experience with performance metrics and tracking, with strong analytical ability is required
Change management focused, and strong communication skills
Thrives in a changing environment, is flexible, collaborative and deadline driven
