Title: Therapeutic Specialist
Location: Titusville, NJ - At the start, the position will be 5 days in office while training; then Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 days remote. Occasional holiday support needed.

Summary:
This position is for a frontline therapeutic specialist who will be responsible for engaging healthcare professionals across all therapeutic areas in rich clinical dialogue by responding to unsolicited medical inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Compliance intake/reporting by identifying and documenting adverse event and/or product quality complaint(s).
- Specialist may interact with business partners external to the MISE.
- Specialist may provide ad hoc customer support in the form of clinical discussions and/or literature search analysis.
- Assist with omnichannel processing and daily reconciliation support
Qualifications:
- PharmD required.
- 5 years of experience
- Must have the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, to work in both a team setting and as an individual contributor, and to provide excellent customer service.
- Previous experience as a registered pharmacist in the community, hospital, or industry settings is preferable.
