· Maintain open lines of communication with colleagues, adhering to consistent deadlines, standards, and guidelines.
· Ensure assignments are completed accurately, with a focus upon prescribed objectives, goal-setting, and regular performance evaluations.
· Cooperate in the program implementation of hybrid online and in-person, hands-on work.
· Assess workflows and administer collaborative solutions to team targets.
· Recognize areas of opportunity and learning experiences, adjusting time management and weekly schedule as needed.
· Correspond with our suggested employers and take advantage of our network of career resources.
· Receive personalized support, designed to bridge the gap between high school and your long-term goals.
· Live on campus and become part of the Job Corps community.
· Navigate pathways toward financial independence and self-reliance.
· Cultivate productive relationships with peers, business partners, counselors, and success strategists.
· Cultivate a willingness to learn and embrace change, persist, and seek out creative solutions to professional obstacles.
