Job Description

Job Impulse, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Digital Print Operator in Greenville, SC. Our client is a company that does full service performance marketing across all direct and digital platforms.

Schedule: 11pm-730am $1.00 Differential for night shift Will eventually go to 12-hour shifts

Responsibilities Of a Digital Print Operator Includes

Set-Up, Operations and Maintenance

• Set up printing jobs by selecting settings, loading digital files, and configuring parameters to job specifications.
• Independently operate print machines for various jobs.
• Handle printing materials, including loading paper, adjusting settings, and managing inventory.
• Perform regular maintenance tasks on printing equipment, such as cleaning, calibrating, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure 100% accuracy for critical client mailings.
• Sort printed materials according to USPS requirements.
• Reconcile and record all output accurately using job data capture.
  
  

Quality

• Monitor printing process for consistency, color accuracy, and print quality to meet standards.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Use quality control procedures effectively to monitor final output quality.
• Review daily job schedule and report issues to Supervisor promptly.
• Adhere to plant, department, and safety rules and procedures.
  
  

REQUIRED Experience And Education

• High School diploma or GED required, or equivalent experience.
• Work history of longevity, excellent attendance and responsibility.
• Attention to detail and deadline driven
• Knowledge of USPS regulations.
• Capable of regularly lifting loads up to 50 lbs. and standing for at least 8 hours per shift.
• Ability to read and understand job tickets.
