The Candy Cottage is hiring for the 2024 summer/fall season! I am specifically interested in people that do not have school obligations or vacation plans between July 1st through Columbus Day weekend. We are open mid-May through mid-October and are looking for mature, reliable people with a strong work ethic. Duties will include weighing candy/fudge, restocking merchandise, operating a cash register and helping customers. You will also learn how to make caramel corn, caramel apples, cinnamon glazed nuts and more! This is a really fun job with mild maintenance duties . If you live in the Utica/Rome area and drive up to work here, I will give you an extra $75 per week to help with gas. If you drive from the Boonville/Lowville area, I will give you an extra $50 to help with gas. I will also give motivated workers a $400 bonus at the end of the season if they are available to work at least 35 hours per week AND ALL of the following holiday weekends: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day and Columbus Day. With a great base pay of $18/hour plus the potential to earn a $400 bonus, I know I'll be hearing from you! Please include your email and phone number with your response.
