Job Store Staffing is seeking a Temporary Leasing Professional/Assistant Manager for an apartment complex in Colorado Springs.

Shift: Monday through Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm

Location: Stratmoor Hills area, 80906

Pay: $18.00 - 20.00/hour

Duration: Temporary, with the possibility to go permanent

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with current and prospective tenants to answer questions, resolve problems, renew leases, and more
- Daily accounting tasks including receiving payments from residents, bookkeeping, and more
- Showing apartment units to interested tenants
- Utilize computer system for data entry, database management, and other functions
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Leasing Manager or similar required
- Yardi experience required
- Property management sales experience required
- Experience utilizing multiple computer applications
- Ability to work with confidential customer data
- Demonstrated communication and listening skills

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

  • Colorado Springs, CO: Relocate before starting work (Required)
