We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our Legal team. This role is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a knack for multitasking and a keen eye for detail.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling various office management duties.

Responsibilities :
1. Provide high-level administrative support to the legal team, including but not limited to managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
2. Prepare and edit PowerPoint presentations, spreadsheets, and other documents as needed.
3. Coordinate events, ensuring all details are handled meticulously from inception to completion.
4. Manage sponsorships and memberships, liaising with relevant parties to ensure smooth operations.
5. Prepare and process legal documents, maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
6. Maintain a well-organized filing system that permits easy reference and rapid retrieval of information.
7. Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
8. Liaise with clients and external vendors, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
9. Assist in the preparation and coordination of board meetings and other important events.
10. Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Qualifications :
1. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an administrative role, preferably within the legal industry.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
3. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
6. Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
7. Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
8. Experience in event coordination and management.
9. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
10. High school diploma required; additional qualifications as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
