Financial Administrative Assistant
START ASAP - Up to $18.00 per hour
JobGiraffe's client is a leading financial services company offering specialized retirement and institutional services.
As Financial Administrative Assistant, you will:
- Receive industry-specific training
- Provide a combination of clerical, administrative and Financial Services support
- Perform document review, document control and document processing activities
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Scan and electronically categorize/catalog documents
- Maintain manual and electronic file systems
- Administer updates and updates to customer accounts
- Provide additional support for the Account Services Team
- Handle special projects
- Perform other duties as assigned
An ideal candidate profile will include:
- At least 1 year of General Office, Clerical and/or Administrative experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Accurate Data Entry skills
- A High School Diploma or Equivalent
Pluses:
- Related experience from the Financial Services Industry
- An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
This is a contract assignment anticipated to last 3-5 months.
Partial benefits will be available from JobGiraffe throughout the duration of your contract assignment.
