Responsibilities
- Lead the technical consulting team in designing and implementing generative AI models that will drive our B2C product offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Develop and implement machine learning models, including training, testing, and optimizing, to ensure maximum efficiency and accuracy.
- Leverage data analytics to derive insights from large datasets, and use these insights to improve model performance.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI and machine learning, and leverage this knowledge to drive innovation within the team.
- Ensure that all AI models adhere to ethical guidelines and best practices in AI usage.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree or PhD will be considered an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical consulting role, with a focus on machine learning and generative AI.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing machine learning models, with a focus on generative AI models.
- Extensive experience in a B2C environment, with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in this space.
- Strong skills in data analytics, with a proven ability to derive insights from large datasets.
- Excellent leadership and mentorship skills, with a proven ability to foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest developments in AI and machine learning.
- Experience with ethical guidelines and best practices in AI usage is a plus.
- Highly motivated, with a passion for driving innovation and pushing the boundaries of what is possible.
