Responsibilities:
- Manage all financial aspects of the company, including US GAAP accounting, tax, audit, finance, and manufacturing accounting
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements
- Ensure compliance with all accounting regulations and standards
- Manage the company's budget and forecasting processes
- Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations
- Manage the company's cash flow and banking activities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide financial analysis and guidance to management to support decision-making
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of US GAAP accounting principles and practices
- Experience with tax preparation and compliance
- Experience with audit processes and procedures
- Experience with manufacturing accounting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
