Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial operations of the company, including accounting, budgeting, payroll, tax, and actual expenditures.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with GAAP and CMA standards.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain budgets and cash flow forecasts to ensure that the company's financial goals are met.
- Manage the company's accounting software and ensure that all financial data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Oversee human resources functions, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Prepare and oversee the audit process to ensure that all financial records are accurate and complete.
- Provide financial guidance and support to other departments within the company.
- Implement and maintain effective internal controls to prevent fraud and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- CPA or CMA certification preferred.
- 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and CMA standards.
- Experience with accounting software, such as QuickBooks and CRE preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
