Job Details
- Work closely with the Executive team to meet financial objectives
- Direct and coordinates company FP&A and budgeting functions
- Manage daily operations of General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Purchasing
- Manage small operational accounting team and administrative professional
- Prepare financial statements and, along with the President, present to the Board of Directors
- Prepare bi-weekly payroll and maintain all associated reports
- Prepare quarterly and annual payroll tax reports and files with federal and state
government
- Manage the human resource function including, policy and procedure development and administration; recruitment,
employee relations, compensation and benefit administration, employee discipline and
termination, recordkeeping; and other related tasks
