Our company is seeking seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented-oriented Accounting Manager to join our dynamic finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company's daily accounting functions, ensuring ensuring compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and company procedures. This role is ideal for for an individual with a strong background in finance and a passion passion for analysis and strategic problem-solving. Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.

Prepare and present financial statements in accordance with GAAP.

• Conduct month-end and year-end financial financial close.
• Coordinate and direct the preparation of the the budget and financial forecasts, reporting any variances.
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain maintain and strengthen internal controls.
• Ensure all financial operations operations comply with federal and state state laws and regulations.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis to to provide management with the information needed needed to make strategic decisions.
• Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
• Utilize Deltek Vantagepoint for for various financial operations and reporting.
• Collaborate with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with with all regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, or a related field. An MBA or related advanced degree is preferred.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial position in the finance industry.
• Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
• High proficiency in financial reporting, including year-end reporting, with a deep understanding understanding of GAAP.
• Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint and other other financial systems and software.
• Advanced computer skills, particularly in MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines deadlines.
• Strong understanding of economic and banking processes.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a commitment to fostering a positive and and inclusive work environment.
