- Bachelors in Accounting
- 5 years' of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Supervisory/Management Experience
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee general accounting operations and manage the day-to-day financial activities of our global organization. This includes supervising accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, monitoring cash flow, and preparing accurate financial statements.
Responsibilities;
- Manage full-cycle accounting workflow spanning AR, AP, reconciliations, expense reporting, and analysis
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Review invoices, purchase orders, and billing data to ensure accuracy and proper allocation
- Lead financial statement preparation and support external audit processes
- Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Manage accounting team members including goal-setting, performance reviews and mentoring junior staff
- Identify opportunities for process improvement in accounting and financial workflows
Requirements;
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred
- 5 years accounting experience including prior management role
- Strong knowledge of GAAP principles and financial controls
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with major ERP/accounting systems
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership abilities
- Proven ability to handle complexity, multiple projects, and collaborate cross-functionally
