Accounts Payable Processor Responsibilities:
- Match vendor invoices with approved purchase orders (3-way match) in Boomi (inventory matching system)
- Analyze and resolve unmatched invoices
- Comply with payment deadlines to ensure that all available discounts are taken
- Review and resolve past due invoices or credit balances from vendor statements
• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from both internal/external customers
- Other duties as assigned Accounts Payable Processor

Job Details
You'll need to have:
- 2 years of Accounts Payable experience
- Proficiency in the use of Windows based software, especially Excel
- Experience with Great Plains software a definite plus • Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
