Job Details

Responsibilities:
- Manage the accounts receivable process, including posting payments and journal entries
- Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Investigate and resolve any billing or payment issues
- Communicate with customers regarding their accounts and payment status
- Prepare reports and analysis on accounts receivable activity
- Assist with month-end close and other accounting tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field
- Strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes and procedures
- Experience with posting payments and journal entries
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with customers and internal teams
- Detail-oriented and able to reconcile accounts accurately
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
