Not to micromanage!Job DetailsJob Summary: The Disputes AR Specialist will be responsible for managing and resolving customer disputes related to outstanding accounts receivable balances. They will work closely with internal teams such as sales, customer service, and billing to investigate and resolve disputes in a timely manner, while maintaining positive relationships with customers.Key Responsibilities:Investigate and resolve customer disputes related to accounts receivable balancesCommunicate with customers, internal teams, and external vendors to obtain necessary information to resolve disputesReview and analyze customer accounts to identify potential disputes and escalate to appropriate teams as neededCollaborate with billing and collections teams to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and payment processingMaintain accurate records of dispute status and resolution in the accounting systemMonitor and track dispute trends to identify areas for process improvementProvide exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with customersQualifications:Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field2 years of experience in accounts receivable or dispute resolutionStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting softwareInterested in hearing more?
