Responsibilities:
1. Design, develop, and implement application solutions to meet business requirements in accordance with established standards and best practices.
2. Use AutoCAD and AutoCAD Mechanical to create and modify detailed drawings and designs.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects.
4. Provide technical support to the sales team and customers, including product selection and application, system design, and troubleshooting.
5. Lead the HVAC engineering and utility design processes, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards.
6. Conduct regular system performance evaluations, making necessary adjustments and recommendations to optimize efficiency.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements, continuously improving your knowledge and skills.
8. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, product manuals, and user guides.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC engineering and utility design.
3. Proficient in AutoCAD and AutoCAD Mechanical.
4. Strong understanding of mechanical systems, including HVAC and utility systems.
5. Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
7. Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
8. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
9. Strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
10. Must be a self-starter, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
