Job Details
General Duties include but are not limited to:
- Conduct initial introductions with client accounting staff and acquire detailed payment information
- Collection correspondence with clients regarding open Accounts Receivable;
- Weekly meetings with Project Managers regarding open Accounts Receivable;
- Accounting and reporting of daily cash receipts; and
- Cross train to support other areas within the department such as project setup.
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of experience
- Some college experience preferred; degree not required
- Experience in a time and billing atmosphere a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to communicate with senior management required
- MS Office proficiency required
- Ability to learn new computer systems required
- Deltek Vision experience a plus
