We are seeking a talented and ambitious Architectural Designer to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings, pre-engineered metal structures, and other construction projects. You will use your expertise in AutoCAD and Revit (or similar CAD tool) to create detailed design plans and drawings that meet the needs of our clients. This is a full-time position that requires a candidate with some experience in architectural design; internship experience will be considered.

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Architectural Designer to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings, pre-engineered metal structures, and other construction projects. You will use your expertise in AutoCAD and Revit (or similar CAD tool) to create detailed design plans and drawings that meet the needs of our clients. This is a full-time position that requires a candidate with some experience in architectural design; internship experience will be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and preferences
- Create detailed design plans and drawings using AutoCAD and Revit
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Work closely with project managers and contractors to ensure that designs are implemented correctly
- Monitor construction progress and make adjustments to designs as needed
- Attend project meetings and provide updates on design progress
- Conduct site visits to assess construction progress and ensure that designs are being implemented correctly
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- 6 months of experience in architectural design, preferably in the construction industry
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit or similar CAD package
- Knowledge of CAD software and architecture principles
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
- Experience designing industrial buildings and pre-engineered metal structures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
