Job Details
The Assistant Controller will be responsible for leading others on the accounting team while also performing advanced accounting functions within the department including technical accounting, auditing, journal entries, maintaining financial records in accordance with GAAP, preparing monthly balance sheets, reconciliations, and managing month end close. This is a great opportunity for someone with advanced accounting processes who is looking for a position that will take them into the next step in their career. The ideal candidate will have a 5 years’ experience in an accounting position, and a background in manufacturing is highly preferred. Bachelors degree required and CPA designation strongly preferred.
