As an Associate Attorney, your key responsibilities will include:
1. Providing expert legal advice in areas such as Estate Planning, Trust Administration, Probate, and Elder Law.
2. Managing a diverse caseload and handling all aspects of the legal case management process.
3. Drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
4. Providing exceptional client communication, ensuring clients are kept informed and updated on case progress.
5. Delivering group presentations on legal topics, demonstrating excellent presentation skills.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you should possess the following qualifications:
1. Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
2. Admitted to practice law in the state.
3. Minimum 2-4 years of experience in legal case management.
4. Proven experience in Estate Planning, Trust Administration, Probate, and Elder Law.
5. A background in financial services and accounting.
6. Excellent presentation skills, with experience in delivering group presentations.
7. Exceptional client communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in easy-to-understand terms.
8. A deep understanding of legal compliance and the ability to draft and manage legal documents.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
