Job Details

JD or similar plus:
- 1-6 Years of Litigation experience
- Low billables of 1600 a year
- Ability to handle court appearances, draft pleadings, and discovery
- Focus on commercial litigation for banking, finance, and real estate disputes
- Title insurance claims, mortgage banking, claim and delivery, debt collection, and landlord-tenant issues
