We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager, Audit & Assurance to join a growing team! The ideal candidate will have a CPA and several years of experience in external audit and assurance. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead audit engagements, ensuring compliance with auditing standards and regulations
- Communicate with clients to understand their business operations and identify areas of risk
- Develop and implement audit plans, including risk assessment and testing procedures
- Review and analyze financial statements, internal controls, and other relevant documents to identify potential issues
- Supervise and mentor audit staff, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality work
- Prepare audit reports and communicate findings to clients and management
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes in auditing standards
Qualifications:
- CPA certification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in external audit and assurance
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with audit software and technology
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
