Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Audit Partner to join our leadership team. The Audit Partner will play a pivotal role in shaping the firm's audit practice, driving growth, and delivering exceptional client service. This position offers a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead and inspire a talented team of auditors while fostering strong client relationships and driving strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
• Business Development: Lead business development efforts to acquire new clients and expand service offerings, leveraging existing networks and cultivating new opportunities.
• Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership for the audit practice, driving growth, innovation, and operational excellence.
• Team Development: Mentor, coach, and develop audit staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and integrity of audit engagements, adhering to professional standards, regulatory requirements, and firm policies.
• Financial Management: Manage the financial performance of the audit practice, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
• Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging best practices, and share knowledge and insights with clients and staff.

Qualifications:

• CPA License: Active CPA license is required.
• Experience: Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in public accounting, with a focus on audit services. Previous experience as an Audit Partner or Director preferred.
• Industry Expertise: Deep expertise in auditing standards, regulations, and industry trends, with experience serving clients across various industries.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.
• Business Development: Proven track record of business development success, including acquiring new clients and expanding service offerings.
• Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strategic Thinking: Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute long-term plans to drive firm growth and profitability.
