Hiring for Several Openings:

1) Solid true experience in Native HANA Cloud based along with SQL Server, Oracle or any other relational db experience. Reporting tool like Cloud Analytics, Webi, Tableau experience will be plus. 2 positions

You will be responsible for the design, maintenance and administration of the organization's Business Intelligence solutions.

• Designs, develops, tests, and maintains the Enterprise Business Intelligence database, application and reporting. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical and data problems
• Designs and monitors end-user reporting tools and systems, ensuring reports are accurate and up-to-date
• Creates Universe, reports, report templates, and analytic environments as is necessary to satisfy requirements
• Collaborates and works with end users to facilitate, define and document data requirements as the foundation for database design, data extraction, analysis and cleansing
• Ensures accuracy and reliability of reports and underlying data
• Maintains, supports, and enhances the business intelligence data backend, including data warehouses
• Assists with the creation of data models including robust data definitions, entity-relationship-attribute models, as well as relational and/or dimensional models and provides guidance regarding usage of these models
• Supports the strategies for data acquisition, archive recovery, and enterprise level database implementation
• Supports the organization's Predictive Analytical initiative and maintains day to day Predictive analytical activities with a team environment
• Provides production support for data warehousing within the organization

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field from an accredited college or university and five (5) years of related experience including reporting (Full SDLC) in SAP Business Object, ETL development with SAP Data Services,SSIS, Relational and Dimensional Modeling, SAP Native HANA, SQL Server or Oracle.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Experience in design, development, and maintenance of Enterprise level data systems such as Cloud based Native HANA, SQL Server 12 and Oracle 11g
• Expert in SAP HANA Modeling, Data Provisioning & Reporting.
• Expert knowledge in SQL skills including stored procedure, trigger, index etc.
• Ability to utilize reporting tools such as Business Objects suite
• Ability to build BO Universes, dashboard and scorecard
• Knowledge of relational database design, logical data modeling, data warehousing, and relational database management systems.
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing concepts and proven experience delivering both.
• Expert knowledge of ETL concepts, development, OLTP, OLAP, Star Schema, KPI's, FACT & Dimensions tables, Conceptual, Physical & Logical Data Modeling.
• Strong analytical skills with consultative approach in resolving complex issues Knowledge of Predictive Analytics with Python or other related tools is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work
• Ability to support AdHoc Request and off hours.
