MUST HAVES:

- Military/ITAR Requirements
- Electronics Purchasing Experience
NICE TO HAVES
- File Maker
- Microsoft Dynamics
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Purchasing electronics components required to manufacture PCB assembly for military customers.
- Negotiating contracts with suppliers, researching possible alternate components and taking inventory of current products.
- MRP databases (Microsoft Dynamics is a plus)
- Report to Sales and Production teams any back ordered or obsolete products that will impact shipments.
- Effectively communicate with Sales and Production teams to ensure components will arrive in time to satisfy customer orders.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Associate’s degree in business, accounting, finance or a related field.
- 3 years of experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word).
- ITAR requirements and restrictions knowledge.
- Experience with buying miscellaneous supplies or equipment for a business
- Military Electronics purchasing experience.
