We are currently seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team. The CFO will play a key role in the company's leadership team as we continue to grow and scale our business. This is a permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity for a seasoned financial professional to apply their skills and experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership, direction, and management to the finance and accounting team.
- Develop and implement financial strategies for the company, including cost accounting, strategic planning, and financial management.
- Oversee the preparation of all financial reporting and ensure its accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Manage and oversee the company's budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve financial performance and profitability.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to make strategic decisions about company growth and operations.
- Maintain relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and financial institutions.
- Ensure that the company's financial systems are robust, compliant, and support current activities and future growth.
- Oversee and manage company-wide risk management practices.
- Provide strategic recommendations to enhance financial performance and new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, , or related field
- 5 years of experience in a senior financial managerial position
- Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting
- Experience in strategic planning.
- Strong understanding of GAAP
- Demonstrated leadership ability, confidence, and executive presence
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite and financial management software
- Ability to drive in for ~ quarterly meetings with executive team
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA, PCA, CMA, or related advanced degree is preferred.
