We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Civil Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be part of a team that is responsible for managing and overseeing a variety of aviation-related projects. This role is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and driven individual who is looking for a challenging and rewarding career in the engineering industry.
Responsibilities:
As a Civil Project Manager - Aviation, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
1. Overseeing and managing all aspects of aviation-related projects, including planning, design, and construction.
2. Coordinating with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
3. Ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and guidelines.
4. Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and quality control plans.
5. Overseeing the design and installation of airfield electrical systems and navigational aids.
6. Conducting environmental assessments in accordance with NEPA requirements.
7. Managing airport construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
8. Developing and implementing Capital Improvement Plans.
9. Providing technical guidance and support to project team members.
10. Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues that could impact project delivery.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the Civil Project Manager - Aviation position, you must meet the following qualifications:
1. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Aviation Management, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in aviation project management, with a focus on airport planning and construction.
3. In-depth knowledge of FAA regulations and guidelines.
4. Experience with project scheduling and budget management.
5. Experience with airfield electrical systems and navigational aids.
6. Familiarity with NEPA requirements and environmental assessments.
7. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
9. Proficiency in using project management software and tools.
10. A Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred but not required.
