Responsibilities:
- Design and implement structural systems for various construction projects, ensuring that all designs are robust, reliable, and comply with all relevant engineering standards and regulations.
- Utilize AutoCAD 3D to create detailed structural designs and plans.
- Manage and oversee the design and construction of stormwater systems, including storm sewers and erosion control measures.
- Prepare and review construction documents, ensuring that all information is accurate and comprehensive.
- Conduct thorough structural analyses and inspections, identifying and addressing any potential issues or weaknesses.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members, providing expert guidance and advice on structural engineering matters.
- Develop detailed plans for the construction of roads and bridges, ensuring that all designs are safe, practical, and efficient.
- Oversee the design and construction of wastewater systems, ensuring that all systems are effective and compliant with all relevant regulations.
- Continuously monitor all projects, making any necessary changes or adjustments to ensure that projects remain within budget and on schedule.

Job Details
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required. A Master's degree or Professional Engineering (PE) license is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD 3D is essential.
- Extensive experience in the design and construction of structural systems, including roads, bridges, and stormwater systems.
- Strong understanding of construction documents and the ability to prepare detailed and accurate reports.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to think strategically and analytically.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- A keen eye for detail, with a strong focus on ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard.
- A strong understanding of all relevant engineering and construction regulations and standards.
