Job Details:

We are seeking a CNC Programmer to join our highly skilled engineering team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving our company's success by creating and maintaining CNC programs using MasterCAM and Siemens NX. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of machining, tooling, and programming, and will be responsible for developing and optimizing CNC programs to enhance our manufacturing processes and increase efficiency. This is a permanent, full-time role that offers a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain CNC programs using MasterCAM and Siemens NX for various types of machines to ensure the production of high-quality parts.
• Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to understand job requirements and specifications, and translate them into CNC programs.
• Optimize programs to enhance machining processes and improve efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Select and recommend appropriate tools, fixtures, and equipment for each job.
• Perform regular testing and troubleshooting to ensure the accuracy of CNC programs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of CNC programs, tool lists, and setup sheets.
• Stay current on the latest machining and programming technologies and techniques, and recommend improvements to current practices.
• Adhere to all safety rules and regulations, and contribute to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CNC Programmer.
• Proficient in MasterCAM and Siemens NX or equivalent CNC programming software.
• Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and fixtures.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Knowledge of safety standards and procedures in a manufacturing environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in a related field is a plus.
