If you have:
- 3 years of experience in commercial construction estimating
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques
- Experience in estimating commercial projects in the retail, office, and commercial sectors
- Ability to read and interpret project plans, specifications, and other project-related documents
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
