Requirements:
- Licensed to practice law in NY
- Must be willing to work in-office in Buffalo, NY!
- Experience / Strong Interest in commercial, business, or corporate law
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Exceptional organization, communication, and tech proficiency
- Experience Drafting and reviewing legal documents (pleadings, motions, contracts)
- Experience assisting clients in Court hearings, trials and alternative dispute-resolution proceedings
