We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Field Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the construction field and will be responsible for overseeing and managing multifamily, apartment, condo, townhome, hotel, hospitality, and commercial construction projects. As a Permanent Construction Field Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of projects, from start to finish, within budget and on time.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure that all aspects of the project are being executed to plan
- Review and approve construction plans, specifications, and contracts
- Monitor construction progress and ensure that all work is being performed to the highest standards of quality
- Manage and supervise construction crews, subcontractors, and vendors
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
- Provide regular progress reports to project managers and other stakeholders
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process
Qualifications:
- At least 1 years of experience in the construction industry with a general contractor or developer
- Strong knowledge of multifamily, apartment, condo, townhome, hotel, hospitality, and commercial construction
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with construction software and tools
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Knowledge of safety regulations and standards
