Job DetailsWe are looking for a Construction Project Engineer to help one of our clients in El Salvador!
For this role, you MUST be able to relocate to El Salvador, a U.S citizen, have a Bachelor's Degree, and hold an Active Top Secret Clearance If you only have a Secret Clearance or no clearance, we may be able to provide an interim for the time being.
Responsibilities:
- Own all aspects of design & build construction contract execution.
- Able to cross-collaborate and be supported by the construction management team: admin support staff and project controls when needed
- Overseeing all engineering aspects of the construction project, including design and build.
- Strong understanding and able to review bidding and design construction documents, oversee contractor bids, and construction progress and scheduling.
- Coordinate hands-on work when needed to help achieve the project objectives.
- Managing contractor bids to ensure the best value for the project.
- Developing and maintaining project schedules, plans, and progress reports.
- Ensuring all work is conducted in accordance with safety standards and regulations.
- Coordinating with other team members and stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Utilizing your Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance to manage sensitive aspects of the project.
- Working on OCONUS projects and coordinating with local and international teams.
- Ensuring project completion within the defined timeline and budget.
Requirements:
- 4-7 Years of construction project engineer experience
- Prior government/federal related construction project experience
- Preferred to have an ACTIVE TOP SECRET CLEARANCE (If you only have a Secret Clearance or no clearance, we may be able to provide an interim for the time being).
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University
- Can live anywhere across the United States but MUST be willing to move to El Salvador
