Responsibilities
Manage and oversee residential construction projects from start to finish
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines using scheduling software
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure accurate project plans and specifications
Hire, manage, and supervise subcontractors and other vendors
Ensure projects stay on budget and on schedule by monitoring progress and identifying and addressing potential delays or cost overruns
Demonstrate a figure it out mentality when faced with unexpected challenges, and proactively seek out solutions to keep projects on track
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
Conduct regular site visits to assess project progress and address any issues that arise
Communicate regularly with clients and provide updates on project status and budget
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field
5 years of experience in residential construction project management
Proficient in using project management software, including scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
