- We provide back-office support for permit procurement, RFQs, drafting, materials purchasing, etc.
We are seeking a Project Manager for residential, single-family new construction in Southwest Michigan and Northern Indiana.
Qualifications
- Exceptional people skills and ability to form trusting, lasting relationships with customers, subcontractors, and vendors
- Out of the box style thinking, adaptable, and ability to think quickly and provide solutions in challenging situations
- Collaborative, team player willing to pitch and contribute in order to ensure customer satisfaction and project completion
- Construction experience specifically in project and site management
- Construction management software proficiency and ability to new learn software programs quickly
- Highly organized, ability to prioritize, and ensure prompt follow through
- You will be running 5 to 10 jobs at any given time throughout Southern Michigan and Northern Indiana
- Build, generate, and implement schedules for each project
- Identify, coordinate, and source subcontractors to ensure the work is completed on time and within budget
- Complete inspections and jobsite visits during construction and conduct final walk-through with customer
- Document project progress, provide reports, and conduct progress meetings with the customer
- If needed, deliver materials to the site
- Create and coordinate completion of punch-list and service work
- Expect to drive around 450 miles a week on average.
