Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain contractor licensing applications, originals, and renewals.
- Prepare and maintain business and tax licenses
- Prepare and submit NOC’s (and similar filings) in all states
- Assist with the administration of the contract lifecycle management program
- Assist with research and preparation of materials in response to legal filings and claims
- Research regulatory compliance requirements in existing and new state operating areas
- Maintain bonds for licensing and permitting, notary and contract applications
- Supports the Risk Management department in other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Must have 2 years in the construction industry with experience working with and managing contracts and licensing
- Possess strong oral and written communication skills
- Notary public or eligible to be licensed
- Excellent skills with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat Pro and internet researching
