Covering all of Southern California, we work with SMBs through large Fortune 100's including Disneyland Resort, City and County contracts, Hilton LAX, Irvine Company, San Diego Ballpark Builders, and many more.

We are looking for a Controller to function in a supervisory role responsible for implementing, monitoring, and improving various policies, functions, and administrative programs. Ideally, you have experience with construction and WIP.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement all internal accounting procedures and controls
Keep books and records on all company transactions and assets
Prepares ad-hoc and monthly financial reports (e.g., Balance Sheet, income statements, P&L, cash flow)
Manage vendor setup and relationships
Maintain the integrity of data in our payroll system
Perform corporate budgeting, tax planning, reconciliation, and re-forecasting processes
Conduct financial analysis, forecasts, and modeling
Manage annual budget and cash functions
Ensure the company’s financial activities and reporting are consistent with regulatory guidelines
Ensure compliance with all federal, state & local corporate, payroll, sales, and other applicable taxes
Supervise, train, mentor, and develop team members
