Our company is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Controller to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Brand Strategic Positioning, Strategic Decision Making, Inventory Accounting, Internal Audit, External Audit, SAP, Management Experience, General Ledger, and Month end. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability goals.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Manage the month-end close process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Oversee the general ledger and ensure that all accounts are reconciled and up to date.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
• Manage the inventory accounting process, including tracking and reconciling inventory levels and costs.
• Provide strategic guidance to senior management on financial matters.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal departments and external partners.
• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Experience with SAP or other financial software systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience managing a team of finance professionals.
• Strong knowledge of internal and external audit requirements.
• Ability to make strategic decisions and provide guidance to senior management.
